All our products are made from scratch.

We have been in business since 2019 as a home bakery. We just opened a commercial kitchen which will allow for more
volume and variety in our offerings.

Owner and Baker, Keri Mertens, is a graduate of the Blackhawk Tech Culinary Program.
​
Her favorite things to bake are macarons and cherry pie with a lattice crust.
​
Her favorite things to eat are her chocolate chip cookies - SO GOOD!
