At Pi Bakery, we value
kindness and creativity.
All our products are made from scratch.

We have been in business since 2019 as a home bakery. We are working towards opening a commercial kitchen. This will allow for more volume and variety
in our offerings.

Owner and Baker, Keri Mertens, is a graduate of the Blackhawk Tech Culinary Program.
​
Her favorite things to bake are macarons and cherry pie with a lattice crust.
​
Her favorite things to eat are her chocolate chip cookies - SO GOOD!
