Building an Empire

I have been a passionate home baker for five years now. Throughout this time, I have honed my skills and developed a deep love for creating desserts that bring joy to those around me. I primarily make a variety of desserts for friends and family, sharing my creations during gatherings and celebrations. This experience has not only allowed me to share my passion for baking but has also provided me with valuable insights into the preferences of my community.

However, all of that is set to transform dramatically this year. While I will continue to craft my beloved desserts and maintain my presence at farmers markets, I am excited to announce that I will also expand my reach by selling to local restaurants and through online platforms. This new direction opens up a world of possibilities for my baking business. My family is currently in the process of building a beautiful new home, which will feature a commercial kitchen specifically designed for my baking endeavors. This kitchen will provide me with the necessary space and equipment to elevate my baking and create an empire centered around my signature pies and other delectable treats.

Although it is still too early to pinpoint the exact date when my fabulous baked goods will be available to a wider audience, I am committed to keeping everyone updated on our progress as we move forward. The anticipation of this new chapter fills me with excitement and determination, and I look forward to sharing my creations with more people than ever before. I envision a future where my pies, made with love and the finest ingredients, will delight taste buds far beyond my current reach.
